Unable to format USBs

Basically what the title says.I also cannot add any wii games to my Wii HDD and or even laod it on WBFS Manager 3.0

1. Download this program, WBFS_win.
-Unrar it.
-Plug in your USB device into your computer.
-Open WBFS_win.exe.
-See which drive letter your USB device is and press that letter when the program asks you to.--You may need to format the device.
--It will ask you to if so and just press y and then enter and do that again until the drive is formatted to WBFS. (This destroys all of the data on the drive, so backup your files if there are any on it).-To add Wii ISOs/CSOs to your USB Device, do the steps above, and make sure you have enough room on your USB Device.
--Press 1 to add an ISO/CSO.
--Wait for it to finish and you're done.-To extract a game from your USB Device, press 3 to extract a CSO, or press 4 to extract a burnable ISO image.
--If you extract an ISO, patch it with the patching tools I have provided.-To remove a game on your USB Device, just simply press 5 and hit y and then enter.

Yes it is. I also can't format it in WBFS OR Windows, and when I try to safely eject anything, Windows says a program is using it. I wish I could see what programs were using it so I could virus scan it >:|

It unlocks anything that is being used by another program. :)Try using Uloader on your Wii to format it to WBFS. That's what I do.

It's already formatted to WBFS, but Unlocker isn't detecting anything.

Oh!Go to My Computer.Then Right-click on the flashdrive.
Then go to unlocker.
It will give you some options and go to unlock and hit OK.It'll be unlocked then.

there aren't any options, it just says unlock then a little window pops up saying nothing is locking it, and theres a little drop down box with Delete, Move or rename.

Hmm..I don't see why your computer isn't allowing you to eject it.
I burn my games to a DVD and then dump them to my Wii Hard drive after that.

virus? I heard there is a virus that inserts itself into any thumb drives connected to the computer and does that too...

Probably not since Unlocker was picking anything up.

Nothing is showing up in the window?It should show at least one if it's being used by a program.Try kill process option.
