troubles using ARcrypt to convert GS codes onto AR codes for GBA

i am trying to convert some GS code of tales of phantasia from gameshark format to PAR V3, arcrypt is suposed to be this program that helps you to do that, the catch however is that it only has worked for me from CBA to PAR V3, i havent found the option of GS, any ideas, pointers?, also the codes i was wanting to convert are these:
