Too many active connections...

Hi.Currently am not downloading anything however I am being told I have too many active connections.
I have enough points for the download. Is there any way to reset this???Thanks :)Also, Sorry if this thread alreeady exists.....did have a look first but couldnt see anything

Yes there's a thread for this case already. You probably overlooked the Site Support. And yes, you can request for a reset every time it occurs.
