...I say it's badly drawn sprites...limited technology remember back then?It's meant to be just "hand's up" I reckon, thumbs up would look weird while jumping, and middle finger...Unless it's the jap middle finger (funny fact-the japanese [or cartoon at least] lack the offensive cotortion that we westerners have, thus in old anime it was just used in a different manner to "fuck you" like we do....-transformers:the head masters-english subtitle explaining why deceticon keeps doing it everytime he appears).
