To pity or not to pity

Obama's population is dropping ( i think)
Is it good or bad?
My father says its good
My grandmother says its bad.
My mother says its bad
My brother says its good.
The females says its bad and the males says its good
You decide

What does this even mean? What is this doing in World News?

Lacks link I guess...Obama's population...is this a country or about the president of america Barrack Obama?I think it might be a good thing...isn't american over populated?

I think he means Obama's popularity. In which case there's a similar topic about this.

If it doesn't cause bad, they're shouldn't be anything to be worried about.
