*To buy DSi or DSLite?

shinkukage09I said DSi because it's main FOR the DSi. I don't really care about the noobs. The DS and DS Lite can use the EZV or something, they dont need the actual emulator. It's cheaper to do it with a flashcard for the GBA.
Emulation provides other features some people may want such as cheats or save states.
shinkukage09And no, I didn't say it was only for the DSi. I said it was for the DSiPlayer, which is a flashcard, and ONLY for the DSiPlayer. Which is its actual name. DSiPlayer. Was originally the iPlayer.
And all I said was that you implied that it was only for the DSi by saying that it's for the DSi as opposed to any DS. Also, in terms of meaning, the name is DS iPlayer rather than DSi Player.
shinkukage09And the topic title says DSi or DSLite. I'm giving reasons FOR the DSi.
The existence of a GBA emulator that works on any DS doesn't sound like a very firm reason to get a DSi.Now, if you're done getting all defensive over my attempt to clarify things, this thread has gotten dangerously off-topic.

The EZV provides cheat and save states, iirc. And it's one word, DSiPlayer, or at least it used to be. I'm not getting defensive, either. As for "The existence of a GBA emulator that works on any DS doesn't sound like a very firm reason to get a DSi", you're right. But it DOES get rid of one of the worst, and most common reason people don't buy one. What is that? "Bawwww, it's got no GBA slot so it sucks. Baaawwww". People did the same thing over the original DS with GBC games.

The EZV is a slot-1 flashcart; you're referring to the EZFlash 3in1, which is a slot-2 expansion cart that does not allow for cheats or save states. As for "DSiPlayer", I said it was closer to DS iPlayer in terms of meaning.
