Time violation

My sincerest apologies, dear RU-gods, to disturb you with my insignificant problems. :D
I will make it short - I traded some points for a certain WII-ISO. They got deducted just fine, but when I try to download it via the given link, I get a time violation after which i can't try another download (system thinks i am already dl-ing a file, which is not the case), unless I restart my browser (FF) - I tried it again now and then. My question now would be, if the error is on my part and how I should aproach it, or if you can help me with your almighty powers?edit: previous files were without problems so far.

Um... I don't want to be picky, but it still doesn't work. I just traded a second time, getting the same result. I checked, what I could check on my side and found nothing. The lost points aren't this important, but I would like to get the game^^

1. What's the game title? You just mention "Wii".
2. Did you try using other browser?
3. Have you tried using download manager?
4. What's your internet connection speed?
5. Maybe provide us with other possible information you think could be useful or related. If you provide suffice info, then maybe Seph could pinpoint and resolve the issue for you.

it's an error on our side, none of those questions are relevant, it needs resetting at our end.

Good to know at least 'no.2' helps for now. :)
Probably issue limited to FF.
