Thou Shall Not Leech?

Heya, I'm not sure if this is considered a bug or if I've done something horribly horribly wrong that I'm not aware of but I am unable to download any ROMs. I keep getting redirected to a page that says thou shall not leech (as the subject suggests) telling me I can find the ROM at RomUlation...Which is what I'm on. Just not the forum part. So... I am very confused. I hope I haven't done anything wrong. If I have I honestly didn't do it on purpose and hopefully I'll be able to do some type of penance. I've been getting this message for a week or more but felt like my first introduction into the community shouldn't be about a bug. ^_^ So I thought I would wait for a bit. Plus I'm very happy to meet everyone so it was really a win win for me. :) Any help in this matter would be so greatly appreciated. Thankfully Yours, -Chibi. ??? ???Modified: I also did go through all of the forums to try and fix this on my own but I didn't see a post describing my same problem. If there was one I'm terribly sorry for taking up your time. :\

Most likely the same problem as this:https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php/topic,287.0.htmland don't worry about asking for help, it's perfectly alright. :)

this issue is under investigation, please bear with us...

who's investigating it? I know exactly what it is, it's the referrering page that isn't shown in the headers, some firewalls block that information for some weird reason.

Yay! My Heroes ^_^ That's exactly what it was and I'm sorry I missed that other post :( *huggles* Thank You ^^-Chibi
