Hasn't freezed for me.Using latest Ysmenu.
If you want, try it on a different card that has freezing.Sorry, no Soul Silver to my knowledge.

The kernal was always called 1.19.
It's been around for awhile now.

well i have just tested the patched game on my original r4 + ysmenu v1.17a12 and it froze on the 22nd event.
