False. You can catch MissingNo. at any level. Once it gains a bit of exp., even 1, it will evolve in Kangaskhan.

How does Loony know what MissingNo is? ::)Anyways. MissingNo looks like a broken ghost type pokemon. Like the ones you encounter before you get the Silph Scope.

Every time I level up a Missingno it evolves into a Rhydon.
