"3DS" - surely if its like a ds (retail games on cartridge) is getting hack´d... if it´s like psp go....-
As stated by someone, Its pointless to think of 3DS's hacking now. We can only know how hard it is to hack once the damn thing is released.

Kresn1kwell... also nintendo said that the "3ds" will be featuring a mayor AP measure, so, first lets wait till is out, then, wait for a hacker to buy it, then wait to see what that hack found, and wait to see if the ap can be easily crack´d for a flashcart to came, then lets wait to see how the games can be dumped, then will all wait... anything else that follows.
Yes, if the Nintendo DSi had some sort of AP protection (which was proven futile by cards like AceKard2i), we can only imagine what actions Nintendo might make during 3DS's development.
