The "Insert Quote" Button seems to be malfunctioning

SephPlease stop giving suggestions on how to fix things, clearing the whole websites cache would do *nothing* the forum and site is completely separated except for using the same member info.The reason it stopped working was because the cache got corrupted again, I do not yet know the source of the problem that corrupts the cache but I shall attempt to find out.

...I only quoted just for a test, seems ok...No idea about the other glitches though.
