It is kind-a! The flashcards are for ever out of stock:
Dear visitors,
due to unfortunate circumstances, we have been forced to stop selling Nintendo DS flash carts. They remain visible on our website for reference only, but you cannot add them to your cart anymore (all "out of stock"). We will be expanding to other product ranges in the future in order to remain an attractive and enjoyable web shop.
NOTE: ALL ORDERS THAT WERE PAID FOR WILL BE SHIPPED NORMALLY. If you were able to pay for your order, it will be shipped.

It depends. It also took a long time before they cracked ps3, didn't they? And Pokemon HGSS's shown us that Nintendo, while doomed to be eventually squished by hackers, will never stop screaming all the way down.

I wonder which "idiot" would want to try piracy firsthand on the 3DS console ;D

athemoe · #12their piracy only works temporary
Temporary works too. The couple of weeks HGSS hadn't been pirated, a whole bunch were screaming about buying the thing for real because it's 'taking too long'. At least Nintendo makes an effort to show they're more srzbznz yo.

Excuse me? No life? Don't be ungrateful.
You can have a life and be a cracker. You obviously don't know what you're on about since you say "another random guy with no life will hack the 3DS" but please, don't be ungrateful. Did you know that a lot of people do this to earn money? Yes, they have a job from doing this. Some do it just to be nice and have fun, too.Back on to topic: Don't most big flashcart makers have their own websites to sell their stuff?
