Hey. I have an essay topic: "The very best of humanity is possible even in the most trying of circumstances" and i wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. To get people thinking i have so far: • Bruno and Schmuel’s friendship
• Bruno learning that the maids have lives as well
• Gretel and Bruno become better friends over their parents’ fightingThanks and i hope that everyone will read and then watch this fantastic book by John Boyne.

This sounds like high school homework or something, in which case you should probably be doing it on your own.

That's what I thought too...but I seen meganova and forte ask a few times...He just needs a starting point I believe-besides if poster is cheating he will learn the mistake later in life...Or not :(

Lol, thanks guys. Nah, i'm just after other peoples opinions so what else could i put into this essay topic other than the ones already listed because the Holocaust is really interesting.

Ah, well, I'm more of the opinion that the very worst of humanity tends to shine through rather than the very best, so perhaps my opinion isn't really valid here.
