You gave too little info for anyone to properly help. In any case, assuming you're trying to play on a computer - I'd suggest getting "epsxe" as your emulator. Don't forget to also get the "PSX BIOS". Since you'd need it (BIOS) assigned through your emulator to properly load the game iso/rom/bin/cue file. Of cause, that all depends on your computer spec if it's up to the required minimum for the emulator to run properly. Good luck.
