Supercard Help: SD Card is not formatted!

W00T! My first ever post.Firstly I offer an apology if this is in the wrong section.When I try to play Animal Crossing: WW on my Supercard I get the game started. Then when I save and it goes back to the title screen the game still says "New game"That however is not the big problem. When I turn off the DS and turn it back on I get this message...SD Card is not formatted!
Please turn off NDS!Now I kinda want to play Animal Crossing... so is there a fix?

Err...format the card?And back up what you can.

I have...My question is HOW to play Animal Crossing.I've formatted and backed up tons of times but Animal Crossing doesn't work...

Ok, do you have the latest firmware?This error is rather unusual...I'm no expert with supercard sadly :(
