Someone help with DS Emulator?

Ok, so I'm a complete nub, and I'll own up to it, but I want to start learning more about different things. Right now I want to run PKMN Black on an emulator for my Mac, but I don't know where to start. Anyone wanna help?
PLEAsE? D:Also, I'd like to just learn what to do exactly o:

The are FAQ's and Walk through available on this website.http://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/989552-pokemon-black-version/faqshttp://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/995081-pokemon-white-version/faqs

Uhh that's great, but I'm horrible with just reading things. I kinda want a hands on/text friendly thing o: In other words, a 1v1 explanation if that makes sense?:o
