What do you guys have off on your no$zoomer and what are the settings basically?

Are you referring to those EXs? If so, it differs in every game.Need more info.

I mean like on Pokemon White, it seems very laggy and when i want to move to left it moves to left 2seconds later, and i want to know what will make me lag less and such.
