So has any one know if there is a working patch for pokemon soul silver on r4?

Do you have the original R4?If so, then you can use WoodR4 and you won't need a patch at all.What type of R4 do you have?

WoodR4 fixes it, but it's an entirely new firmware.
There is a patch, but I don't know if it works for R4 or not.

The english patched JUS works on Wood R4 I think. It's much better than the original firmware or Ysmenu. Just back up your current firmware, and give Wood R4 a go. If it doesn't work, then you can put Ysmenu and the R4 firmware back on.
