Site thinks I've been downloading the same game since 8AM

I have been trying to download vigilante 8 on the psx since this morning, and the site keeps saying that only one file can be downloaded at a time despite the fact I haven't been downloading anything since the last time the vigilante 8 file failed to download.it's really grating.

This is issue pops up once in a while.
When Seph gets up I suppose he'll reset your tracker.

SephNo, I've introduced a new system which makes it instant. If it bugs out it's permanent until I can fix it, though, and since it's new I'm still ironing out bugs.
