Sim City like game

a while ago I've played a game what was like Simcity. you started out in the pre-historic and you advanced trough time. the only problem is that i've forgotten the title so i was hoping one of you would remember it.

populous?

Age of Empires?

Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution?

none of those, the gameplay was exactly like SimCity

SimCity DS?

SimCity Creator's challenge mode takes you trough different eras.
