Shock collar for cats?

Shoot the cat, then shoot the squirrel and then shoot yourself. Sorted.

I know a guy named treec_cynda. There is a bitch hanging around that I want to shoot. I put money on the decorative ice block that is in my yard. treec_cynda realized that the bitch will go to the ice block to get the money, so now he is sitting there on a daily basis so he can try to catch the bitch. Can anyone tell me how to make or buy a shock collar for people?Thanks for answers.
