Not really a Shaolin film, but it is a martial arts film (three rather) that you HAVE to see. They are fantastic. This guy is really flexible and acrobatic and is a great fighter. Apparently he does not use stunt doubles and no special effects are put into his fighting sequences. His name is Tony Jaa. The films are:Ong-Bak

I can't tell which of these are Shaolin or atleast Ancient China or Kung Fu themed movies, save for some I've already seen, but why don't you check out Golden Harvest :)

Golden Harvest produced some great kung-fu action films. I am a huge fan of their films. Police Story, Cannonball Run, Wheels on Meals were some great films.

Have you seen "Shaolin Death Song" ? I'm not sure on the exact translation, but it was called "Das todeslied der Shaolin", when i watched it my friend's place. An older movie, but it has lots of cool looking effects, my fav being the zombies :)
