Shader Cache Help

Hello.
I needed to download a shader cache for Super Smash Bros Brawl to make it run like Super Smash Bros for Wii U. I have the link, but Mediafire has been banned in my region. Could anyone please upload it to Zippyshare? Thanks in advance. The link is:

Thanks, Loonylion, but I cannot access the website you provided. It demands a Username and Password. Could you reupload it to Zippyshare, Dropbox, or Google Drive? I believe Zippyshare is the best as it does not require an account to upload or download.

my bad, http:// not https://. There's absolutely nothing on it that would ask for a user/password.
