not really, but if it is against the tos and they find out it may get disabled. Not likely, but something to be aware of.

Should be fine so long as there isn't multiple people downloading from it.

I'm not inclined to believe this isn't a scam of some sorts.

Its no scam! I and my friend wanted one account and sharing the costs than. But we didnt talk clear enough to each other, thats why we both bought one account. 1+1=2 And we only need one. If you dont believe me I can post a screenshot of the other Account as well.

Nah i think Suis is messing with you, i doubt you will get any takers here though, the age range is pretty much inbetween 10-15 years old here.
