Seconds away from doom (iTunes)

Okay I think I screwed up while trying to add my files from iTunes to pc, my ipod is not compatible with iTunes anymore.
And I just got my system clear'd so leeching is my only way to get my music.
And It says "restore your ipod to factory settings", if I do that I will get my music erased and I will suicide.What should I do to recover my music?
