Screensaver To Wallpaper

Could somebody please tell me if it's possible to turn a screensaver into a wallpaper? I mean let's face it. That static picture just staring back at you can get really BORING!

you mean a moving wallpaper?
if so you can choose any gifs as your wallpaper

No, I'm mean like the standard 3D pipes one the comes with Windows. Instead of it running as a screensaver make it a wall paper that you can see all the time! ;v)

no

i know you can set a video file (WMV,MP3) as a wallpaper if you have the right program...

Tried it, doesn't work. You'd need a program, like Catz said.
