Screen dilemma for my PS

In my previous topic, I said I have a screen problem on my PS when I downloaded the ISO into the disk. The screen is discolored, not in frame with the TV, and has small horizontal black lines across the screen.I didn't use an emulator to test it out I did now to get closer to the solution.I used the Dino Crisis 2 and Capcom Generation 2 ISO files to test this out since both give the screen problem.P.E. Op. S. Soft Driver 1.18 gives the screen problem to both ISO and looks just like the problem on my PSX.Pete's D3D Driver 1.77 and the others worked well with Dino Crisis 2.Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 was the only one that worked well with CG2.What does this mean and how can I use this to fix my problem?Note:
-I use a chipped PSX, and probably US version.
-I have a slow, virus-plagued computer
-The screen problem has nothing to do with protection issue. Tried patching it to prevent it, but it didn't work.
-I got the ISO from here and Rom Hustler. It should be NTSU.
-Dino Crisis 2 doesn't have the option to adjust screen.
-It has nothing to do with TV settings.
-I use TDK CD-R instead of Memorex.

Well it's either my computer or the TDK CD-R.

or there's something wrong with the file.

Never mind. I did the same thing with Megaman X6, I thought it'll get the problem since P.E. Op. S. Soft Driver 1.18 messed up the image, but when I burned it onto the disc it was fine.

Which brings me to this question: How come other people have no problem with their picture but mine does?
