Save conversion trouble

I got a save converter because I cant get cheats to work so I could convert from .dsv to .sav but it tels me it cannot find part of the path C:\Documents and settings\...\Satrdust Accelerator\data\Tool
is there anything I can do about it?

What program are you using?

If you mean to convert, it is called SaveTypeConverter by Unique Geeks Media
the Stardust Accelerator file was ROM I was using for DesMuMe

Maybe try this? It's a browser based converter.
