runtime error '10055' no buffer space available .

Whenever i start up my computer (after a full shut down not hibernate), after typing in my password, the screen loads but black no background, icons or start bar. The error message says Runtime error '10055': No buffer space available. (The bar at the top of the window says 'sdfsdf') I click OK, and the only way to get the desktop and stuff showing like normal i use Ctrl+alt+del then click file>new task then type 'explorer'. This get everything working as usual.can some one tell me what can i do to fix this?

To be honest, I have no idea on how-to, so...Maybe ask Microsoft?

i fixed the problem thx :),i just deleted skulltag and installed it again and the pc is working fine
