Rune Factory 2 - Shipping Box?

Does anyone know when you get paid for putting stuff in the shipping box? I've been putting stuff in and I haven't been getting any money.

At the end of the day...

You get your money after 5.00 P.M.

And if you put stuff in, say, a minute later (or even exactly at 5:00pm), you'll get paid for it at 5:00pm the next day.
