RPG Maker DS Hacking Help Needed! [New translation project]

I want to make a translation of RPG Maker DS (RPG Tsukuru DS). I have it all planned out and I think this might be a bit easy.
I need a Sprite Extractor/Insertor and a Text Extractor/Insertor. I can translate, I just need a team to help me. I suck at CrystalData 2 (or what ever that's called) I just want to make a decent and worthy translation of this awesome DS application.

Sorry can't help don't know how to use CD2, but just wondering....Will the translation be in English or will it be in Turkish? ;)

English. I wanted to translate Pokemon White into Turkish for someone but everything got deleted in my Hard Drive Cleanout.
