RomUlation closed down?

I was just browsing and found this:
http://nds-emulation.com/2007/10/30/interview-with-seph-from-romulation/What happened to RomU after that?

That was 2 years ago... Let history be history... suffice to say, we overreacted to a legal threat partly because it was the first and partly because our host made it out to be far more serious than it actually was. We changed host and have been happy ever since.

OK. Thanks!
