PC Inspector File Recoveryworks for me all the time!

I tried. Only 1 game showed up, it wasn't.

when you downloaded it did you delete it completely of your pc?
try 'my computer' 'search' 'all files and folders'then type in '.nds' in the top line(all or part of the file name) then 'search'
