Yup well i liked digimon and dbz

macross/robotech & thundercat is one of the best classic anime.

thunder cat was a anime?

Yes thundercats is a anime

What about Knights of the Zodiac? That and DBZ were the first anime I watched.

Thundercats wasn't an anime, it's an American Cartoon. It was concieved by an American Ted Wolf, related to Fred Wolf, who created the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Silverhawks, Tigersharks, Toxic Crusaders, Bucky O'Hare & other mid 80's to 90's Cartoons.

This sais it a anime idk http://www.animenewsnetwork.com.au/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=3898

Medabots and ultimate muscle aren't really qualified to be "classic" anime (circa 2000 I think), but that's just me. Read my avatar. DORAEMON, baby!

theres hokuto no ken and astroboy

first anime i ever whatched was vampire hunter D followed by the 12 part Guyver series and still to this day they are my favorite anime i have seen (i also have these in my classic anime collection from manga in VHS)

Dragonball for me!

Steel angel kurumi!

Voltron,G Force and Speed Racer, for sure!

The Akira movie was the first anime I watched and a classic anime movie to boot. I love that movie to this day. Also saw Vampire Hunter D, that movie was great as well.
