Refund request

Hi, I contacted you guys from the contact information howeever I see that some people have made their posts about refunds here.
Which I would like to do, I used it for an hour before realizing what was most important to me some games did not exist which is my fault, however ypoj discovery i stopped any activity and would like to refunded and returned to a regular member, you have a great site but premium is not something for me, I hope this doesn't cause problems and is doable.Cheers.

Hello, it's been 3 days now. I don't know how long one must wait but you were quick with answering the other request so I'm beginning to worry. Neither have I received any mail.

Have you tried contacting one of the mods personally? Leaving them a letter outside of romulation takes longer.Nothing much in here nowadays. Except a few ghosts like me.
