if this is a commercial game and we don't have a rom for it, it's because no rom exists at this point. We do not allow requests for commercial roms that we don't have because games getting dumped is entirely outside our control.

what u mean by commercial games and why cant u just make one

A commercial game is a game sold in stores. Romulation just posts the roms, they don't dump(make) them, like Loony said, it is totally out of Romulation's control when the rom is dumped.

alrite is their a site were i can asked for a rom to be made

no. The people that dump games do not frequent websites.

do u knw if this game will ever be dumped

no. It probably will be eventually, but it might never be. No-one knows until it happens.
