Rant On Late Downloads

It's Really Disappointing that some sites have late downloads.Like,GH Modern Hits Was Released Nearly 1 Week From Now And It Hasn't still Been Released.I really wanna find out why they have late downloads..

It hasn't been dumped yet. We can't predict when it will be, or even if it will be. And it's not the sites' problem, how can they add the game if no ROM exists?

Oh,Ok.Oh yeah,How Can U actually Dump a Game?

Something like http://www.monroeworld.com/myfaq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=7&id=85&artlang=en etc. There are other methods. Manual hardware linkers would exist. And please read the Forum Rules about your use of internet shorthand.
