r4i sdhc error

i have a 8gb r4i sdhc with the latest 1.50b firmware from the vendors website. my problem is when i try to start a rom i get the error: error81 error83 sd disk fragmented reformat etc. i tried the panasonic tool several times with no success, still get the same error when i copy over the firmware and roms.also tried older firmware 1.473ds . still the same.thanks for any help

the r4i i have comes in the christmas box and i`ve just read the excellent post above that says this cart may be of poorer quality. if this is the case can anyone recommend a site to purchase the acekardi.sorry if double posting is not allowed

Sorry i'm out of ideas, Just these clone cards for you.Maybe they is someone hear how has one that knows what to do.I myself only have an R4 original revolution card, And grate with both WoodR4 and YSMenu.

Do you have a second microSD to try with?
