R4i Gold is Good

I mistakenly upgraded my DSi from 1.3 to 1.4 and my R4 stopped working...However - I went back to the shop and they are now selling R4i GOLD (£35 including a 4gb card)I tested it in the shop and it worked fine....In addition - The Starwars game (that didnt work on my old R4i) now works too..I am using my old R4i in a DS (not DSi) and it works fine. ;D ;D ;D

prehaps the r4i gold is slightly better quality.But did you post here just to tell us or do you have a question?(And I hate r4's-the one you have is a clone-the original r4 stop years ago-best card is the acekard 2.i :) )

It may have a fixed internal loader/hardware revision.

I have R4i gold which work well except for sims games & Mario kart ( very annoying) any suggestions on how to fix ?

I almost have the same problem : my r4 gold wont play any game i add exept for professor layton 2 and rhythm heaven. I tried updating it but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me im really desperate
