So I bought a R4i gold, and I was playing it fine yesterday and today. But I powered it on, and my save files for every single game were corrupted! Is there a way to get my data back, and if there isn't, do I have grounds to ask for another free card from my dealer? (If it works out to the previous, I'd get a Acekard 2i)

Clearly no-one cares. I've already contacted my dealer asking for a acekard 2i, so next mod to look at this can lock it, unless they have info on how do get my data back.
