You mean 1.11 and 1.13. I think they just solve minor problems with some games.

What minor differnences? I don't see any changes at all. It's completely like 1.1.

As I said, it's 1.11. <.<It only solves minor issues with playing some games. It doesn't have to be graphical changes or anything.
