R4 Problem ...

Hi,My problem is that I accidently converted my game file the one inside Winrar. I've tried converting it to the other games but they also converted,
my question is is there anyway I can convert it back into a working file it was before it was an unknown file.Thanks.

put .nds to end of the game...
example mario
mario.nds
