R4 firmware 1.23?

I believe it works. But I think it is a new team that picked up the R4 label.If I'm not mistaken, someone mentioned earlier that the M3 team picked up the old R4 card, so it's probably them that is doing it.

I'll have to research more on this firmware. But it sounds too good to be true :P

It's unofficial. They can easily make updates to the firmware because it has been decrypted already.

Created my own cheat for the ROM and it came up but I still got a WHITE SCREEN.
