R4 card

Hi,
I'm trying to get an R4 card working for my nephew and the DS wont recognise the card. Can anyone tell me what files I need to have on it for it to work? It is a standard R4 card and a scandisk 2gb micro sd card.
Any help gratefully accepted. :o

Sure we can help you no problem at allyour site is r4ds.cnand there you need this firmwire http://www.r4ds.cn/download/r4ds.htmlExtract all files to the root (E:\ or F:\ of your micro SD
and start your DS and see if it works that's all!

Have you unpacked the files first from the rar arcive?But what is wrong?

are you sure its an r4, not and r4i sdhc etc.These tend to use differnet systems.if It has upgrade (like mine) under the logo) go tohttp://www.r4i-sdhc.com

he says his NDS doesn't recognize the flashcart, does that mean that you get to the original DS menu?you guys are giving him firmware information whilst probably the only real solution should be reinsert your Flashcart... till it DOES work... or reinsert your sandisk..
