Question about DSTwo Flashcart

I have a question. I have an 8gb micro sd card and wanted to put some snes games in it. It currently has a library of over 700. Problem is.... when I try to load the folder... the cart literally freezes... I think that might be due to the insane file size or it could be something else. Any workaround?

it might be too many files for the cart to load, try separating them into smaller folders (putting games starting with 'A' in a folder named 'A')
