Question about DBZ: Attack of the Saiyans

I cant wait for the (U) version! (im not asking anything about when it will be released etc. i get how this whole thing works)
I'm getting pretty desperate, is EVERYthing in the (E) version the EXACT same as the (U) one?
If so, that will really make my day! :D
