Can someone point me to a guide on how to enable homebrew on a psp?I've a psp 1001, OFC 2.80.

2.80 OFW?WOW!There's a few PSP modding tutorials on the forum. And yours will be simple as hell since your firmware is so low.Right now I have 5.50 Prometheus v4 (I think) and I've never needed to upgrade past that.
It seems like 6.00+ is for people who don't have low firmwares or they have a PSP model that can't be permanently hacked.

Got lucky on ebay, psp in full working condition for $47 (With shipping) Had charger and a 4gb mem card with it.

Nice. I bought mine from a buddy and it was $50 with a few games.Same model too, PSP1001 and OFW 3.4 something.Also, I'd recommend Prometheus v4 because it doesn't require patching ISOs that are past 5.50 in firmware...or at least the ones that I have...

Got 6.60 ME 1.8 on it now, real easy install.Getting games for it now. Any recomendations?
