PSP making it play roms?

I think it depends on where in the USA. The west coast might be closer, but not the east coast. (The USA is quite large when compared to European countries).

OK, after using Pandora'sBattery, and making a magic memory stick for it, how can i play newer iso's? I heard you need to upgrade it, but i dunno how to do it.
Also, could you recommend any good sites for iso's? RomU doesn't have any :'(
