yes, its a different alphabet.

I think it's Russian as I've seen that alphabet system in a few "hard headed" Russian members' posts over at xlnation.net when they comment on and ask for help on a Custom Content's comment page.By hard headed, what I mean is they still post in Russian even after mods warn them about using English "only" on the community.

The lovely Google translate returned this "ps 2 consoles all chip or no fat".
Not sure what it means...
